In Finland, one person’s CO2 emissions are about 10.5 tons per year. After growing, one tree sequesters around 500-750 kg of carbon per year, depending on the size and growth stage of the tree. By planting 30 tree seedlings, you will offset your carbon footprint for about one and a half years.
